We started using the OG Easy Wash for washing and preparing our cattle for the Royal Adelaide Show, and it has honestly been a game changer! We all know kids love to use LOTS of product but with the OG, not only do we use significantly less shampoo, but it’s also so easy to apply, safe to use and smells absolutely beautiful. The kids and I absolutely love it!

A great "day before the show" shampoo for coloured horses! Helps get them that bit extra squeaky clean and adds some depth to their colour! So if you have a bay, black, chestnut etc - I highly recommend for your pre-show wash!

Who is behind Nags To Riches?
Here’s Beth (and her gorgeous horse Eazy — yep, Eziwash was named after him).
Beth is based in Western Australia, where life’s a bit of a juggle between running the business, wrangling a property, being a wife and mum to two kids, competing in Western Dressage… and dreaming up even more products for us all to play with.
She actually started out over 20 years ago plaiting other people’s horses for fun. That side gig grew pretty quickly, thanks to her knack for turning out horses beautifully and her love of helping others learn how to do it too. Before long, she was teaching show prep and developing her own range of products to make the job easier.
Somewhere along the way, she also started working closely with the owner of a popular show prep brand – recommending their products, swapping ideas, testing things out – until the stars lined up and she ended up buying that business and merging it with her own. It’s now one seriously good line-up of products, all built from years of hands-on experience.
But honestly? For Beth it’s always been more about education than anything else. She’s the first person clubs and associations call when they want advice on presentation, and she’s a regular judge for best presented awards at the trot up’s at various FEI eventing competitions, high level prestigious events held annually in WA. Nothing makes her happier than seeing a rider light up with pride over their perfectly turned-out horse and her biggest hope is that people feel confident and proud that they can present their horse beautifully – whether it’s for Horse of the Year or just a trail ride at home.
Oh, and you’ll pretty much never see Beth without her sunnies either on her head or her face. She’s got the energy of a squirrel in a nut shop, a brain that runs about 17 thoughts at once, and a heart that genuinely wants everyone to have a crack at doing their best.
Beth has a team of enthusiastic equestrians working for her to make, bottle, label, package, send, and even test the products you see on this website.
